Yes, we ship to both commercial and residential addresses. Please note that residential deliveries involving heavy equipment may incur a lift-gate fee if a loading dock is not available.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that some large equipment may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Does the equipment come with a manufacturer warranty?
Most of our professional products include a manufacturer warranty. However, please be aware that some commercial warranties are voided if the equipment is installed in a residential home.
How can I track my freight shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier's information and a tracking number. For freight orders, the carrier will typically call you to schedule a delivery window.
