Request Authorization
Log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our customer service team to begin the process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
